Alzheimers and art collecting

As a neurologist, I have noticed that my patients who are involved in the fine arts, actually have a lower incidence of Alzheimer's. I guess there's something neuroprotective about all that visuo-spatial stimulation and executive planning. Not too mention all the running around attending exhibitions, fairs, and gallery openings! Your thoughts....
