African-American Representation

Can anyone recommend a source point, studio, museum, commercial gallery, or reference place for emerging African-American artists? Do we need to get Oprah involved here? Minimal representation at Art Basel Miami, FIAC, Frieze, etc...Very little in the monthly periodicals. Wonderful South African works all over the place, but alas few African-Americans. It's about time the universe of collectors spoke up!
